Photographing my little brother's wedding was something I'd never considered - not in the least as, just a year ago, I was one of those photographers who said "No, never" to weddings... I photograph loud bands, not lovely dresses, shoes and cute bubbas.... nooooo.... Well, oh HOW wrong I was, eh! Shaun & Kate - thanks for letting me be a part of your special day! x
Darryl and Jenna were married in the mountains up at Thredbo. Their day was photographed by Heartstory Photography in Canberra, who very kindly inspired me to come along as a second photographer. Something that once scared the pants off of me. That wedding, Darryl & Jenna's day, it made me realise that I actually quite like capturing people along with their emotions - Thanks Katie for the constant pushing and Jenna & Darryl for a brilliant day - despite the awesome weather! -Simon
